Okay, first off, sorry if this comes off as angry- spent the past hour with support that actively tried NOT to deal with my issue.

Short version: Xbox App not connected to Live. Cannot party chat. No Network tab under settings to troubleshoot within app. After reading many, many Xbox Support articles, I find this one and go through its solutions.
Solution #1 is a bust- the tab does not exist. Solution #3 and 4 didn't help anything. Solution #2 is where I figure out the problem- I do not have Teredo! Simple fix, just snag the update from Windows Update. But.. I can't. Because in 10, you can't grab updates through Windows Update anymore like you could in 7. Restart my PC a bunch to see if I get something, find online fixes using command prompt to force the update, nothing.
Jan 05, 2016 How to install Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface on Windows 10 My friend (yes I'm serious) is not able to use the Xbox app for some features nor is he able to play xbox live games (Minecraft) with others. Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface Driver for Windows 7 32 bit, Windows 7 64 bit, Windows 10, 8, XP. Uploaded on 3/26/2018, downloaded 5850 times, receiving a 84/100 rating by 4430 users. Here’s how to install Teredo Adapters and interfaces: Open the run dialog box by pressing the Windows + R; Type devmgmt.msc and then press Enter. This will open the Device Manager Window. In the list, find and double click Network Adapters to expand it. In this expanded list, find and right click Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface and select Uninstall.
Finally I give in and contact support. First time, I am told to Port Forward and reset my UPnP settings. Not going to help me not having Teredo, but whatever, I do it and when chat reconnects.. they left. Okay, let's try again. Support #2 says this is because my ISP uses IPv4, and Xbox Live uses IPv6. Which is what Teredo is for; it tunnels IPv4 through IPv6 so the two can talk and work fine. The chat ends with them telling me to just get my ISP to set me up with IPv6 and all will be well.
Even if that does work, I have no Network tab in Xbox, presumably because to even have the tab I need Teredo, since Xbox says the service runs off of it. Future troubleshooting becomes infinitely harder without the service-specific Network settings able to be checked. So I ask for the Support to send me to someone who can help, and they don't know who can help- but say maybe my ISP does! I closed after that, clearly nothing will come of that conversation.
So, why post all of this? Because, surely out there, someone at least has a clue how to get Teredo on my PC. As I told the Support, even if IPv6 makes it work, not having software a service runs on is bad form and a setup for failure. I would like to avoid future hardships of not having this service.
